HOW THESE ARE HANDLED

With CopperTouch, you can trust that your order will be quickly and securely processed, and safely delivered.

All orders from CopperTouch are shipped through FedEx and shipping is free (within the continental U.S.). Customers with a valid e-mail will be able to track their package with the following link: https://www.fedex.com/en-us/home.html.

Items can be shipped to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. Please allow for potential shipping delays, especially during the holiday seasons.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International CopperTouch orders can be ordered and shipped by calling our customer service team at 1-833-4NOGERMS. Customers will be informed of shipping rates once they are researched and calculated, and their preferred shipping method is determined.

 

 CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Cancellations must be placed within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting our Customer Service at customerservice@coppertouch.com or by calling 1-833-4NOGERMS. Once an order enters the warehouse system, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to use our return method within 30 days to return the product.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

The manufacturer warrants that your CopperTouch product is free of defects in materials and workmanship. The copper piece is warranted not to peel, blister or have pieces of it separate under normal and directed use for the lifetime of the original purchaser. This product will naturally tarnish as stated. Tarnish (patina) will not affect the copper’s antimicrobial properties and is not considered a flaw or defect. The warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. In addition, proof of purchase must be demonstrated. This warranty is void if the product has been subject to accident, misuse, abuse, improper maintenance or repair, or unauthorized modification. Manufacturing Defects

All CopperTouch products are individually inspected and hand packaged. If for some reason an item with damage is missed and you would like to return it, please follow the next steps:

  • Email us at customerservice@coppertouch.com with your order number and indicate the reason for your return within 7 days from delivery date.
  • Our customer service team will respond to you in 24-48 hours with a free return authorization number.
  • Please re-pack the items and append the provided return label on the box. Make sure your return address is on the label. Place the return authorization in the package and ship your return.
  • Once we receive your package, we will inspect the product. If the inspection is passed, refunds will be processed immediately, including $7.00 for shipping. A refund will be credited back to the method of payment used to make the original purchase.

Note: You are responsible for filing a claim with the courier if items are damaged during return shipping. CopperTouch, LLC is not responsible for returns that are damaged or lost in transit as a result of poor packaging or posting via your own methods/not utilizing the mailing label.

Items returned without pre-approval will not be refunded and will be returned to sender at sender’s expense, unless returning within 30 days by taking the following steps:

Returns

You will have thirty (30) days to return purchases from the date you received it.  To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must:

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Be in its original packaging. We respect that the item may be tarnished from handling it.
  • Be accompanied by the receipt or Proof of Purchase.
  • You may use the provided return label, remember to include your return address. Please use a method of shipping that you can track, as we cannot be responsible for items we do not receive.
  • If postmarked within 30 days from purchase, we will gladly refund your money minus a $10 handling fee.

We would greatly apprectiate your feedback as well. Please e-mail us at customerservice@coppertouch.com and let us know why you wished to return your product. We strive for customer satisfaction.

Refunds

Once we receive your item(s), all included items will be inspected and we will notify you that we have received it. You will also be notified regarding the status of your refund.

What can I return?

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by CopperTouch, LLC within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. During the holidays, items shipped between November 25th and December 31st can be returned until January 31st.

When should I expect to get my refund?

Usually in about 2-3 weeks. Most refunds may be fully refunded as soon as 3-5 business days after we receive and process your return.

Does CopperTouch offer replacements and/or exchanges?

Yes, you can create replacement and exchange orders by clicking Return Items and following the instructions. If you received a damaged or defective item, we will ship you a replacement of the exact item.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you do receive a refund, shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
