- Be in its original packaging. We respect that the item may be tarnished from handling it.
- Be accompanied by the receipt or Proof of Purchase.
- You may use the provided return label, remember to include your return address. Please use a method of shipping that you can track, as we cannot be responsible for items we do not receive.
- If postmarked within 30 days from purchase, we will gladly refund your money minus a $10 handling fee.
We would greatly appreciate your feedback as well. Please e-mail us at email@example.com and let us know why you wished to return your product. We strive for customer satisfaction.
Once we receive your item(s), all included items will be inspected and we will notify you that we have received it. You will also be notified regarding the status of your refund.
What can I return?
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by CopperTouch, LLC within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. During the holidays, items shipped between November 25th and December 31st can be returned until January 31st.
When should I expect to get my refund?
Usually in about 2-3 weeks. Most refunds may be fully refunded as soon as 3-5 business days after we receive and process your return.
Does CopperTouch offer replacements and/or exchanges?
Yes, you can create replacement and exchange orders by clicking Return Items and following the instructions. If you received a damaged or defective item, we will ship you a replacement of the exact item.
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you do receive a refund, shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
